If you are not happy with your new t-shirt, we will do what we can to make it right! Maybe you need a different size? Maybe the color was not quite right? Maybe the fabric wasn't what you expected? Whatever the reason, I'll do everything I can to resolve your issue quickly. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:
- Must be exchanged or returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- To be accepted, returns & exchanges must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded (excluding special promotions). Closeout items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges and Returns are only offered for domestic orders
- We require order #, receipt or proof of purchase to process exchanges and returns
How To Exchange/Return:
- Please pack items in a secure package or reuse ours.
- Fill in your order # and email address, above:
- Fill out information at Exchange & Return link
- Make sure all of the returned items are in the box with the invoice
- Download and print the shipping label that is emailed to you once form submitted
- Go to your local United States Post Office to ship the package
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process the refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.
- Exchanges must be made for items of same or lesser value
Returns for Store Credit (if applicable):
- We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges for store credit.
- Store credit will be given based on value of order placed
- Store credit will be given by a digital gift card code that will only be valid for online purchases at our https://gustographictees.com
Returns for Refund (if applicable):
- For returns for refund, we will provide the shipping label to return the product
- Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of products returned condition
Processing & Shipping:
- We process and ship items in the order that we receive between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.
- Please allow up to 4 business days for processing of orders to be completed.
Exchanges, returns for store credit and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by us and product returned condition has been confirmed.
