Our greatest hope is that you absolutely love what you've chosen, but if any hiccups come your way, we're just a message away, ready to assist! And here's the best part - we've made returns and exchanges as easy and painless as can be.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE ORDERS?
At Gusto Graphic Tees, we're all about getting your order to you as fast as we can. Sometimes, if we don't have a specific t-shirt in stock, we'll have to order and print it for you, which might take a little extra time. So, when you place your order, please give us up to 1-7 business days to work our magic - that's the time we need to print, pack, and ship your goodies. If you're in-state, you can usually expect your order within 1-2 business days after it's shipped. For out-of-state orders, it might take a touch longer, usually around 3-5 business days after we send it on its way.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?
Absolutely!
If you are not happy with your new t-shirt, we will do what we can to make it right! Maybe you need a different size? Maybe the color was not quite right? Maybe the fabric wasn't what you expected? Whatever the reason, we'll do everything we can to resolve your issue quickly.
If you need to return or exchange your Gusto Graphic Tees purchase for any reason, all you need to do is send us an email (gustographictees@gmail.com) and tell us why, and make sure to include your order number.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please email us a gustographictees@gmail.com if you have an issue with your order.
We are not responsible for damages caused to items due to opening of our packaging by the customer. So be careful with those scissors! If the item qualifies as defective or damaged and we still have the item in stock, we will send a replacement.
LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages if a uninsured shipping rate is selected for your order. If you choose Priority Shipping at checkout, we may be able to replace (if the items are still available in stock) or refund the items of your order.
Any shipments that have been scanned as delivered cannot be replaced or resent as once the service delivers a shipment the item is no longer insured.
Only items lost in transit are eligible for replacement or reimbursement. Items that stolen after delivery, are NOT eligible for refund or replacement.
